S-LDSC Analysis
I applied Stratified Linkage Disequilibrium Score Regression1 (S-LDSC) to Kamitaki et al.'s GWAS of Human Herpesvirus 7 DNA levels2. There were no significant cell types in any of the datasets. It is interesting to contrast this the corresponding analysis for EBV DNA levels, which produced several significant cells types. This may indicate an overall weaker signal in the HHV7 GWAS.
