S-LDSC
I applied Stratified Linkage Disequilibrium Score Regression1 (S-LDSC) to summary statistics from Said et al.'s GWAS of CRP2. Surprisingly, and in contrast to the MAGMA results, there were no significant hits with any of the standard S-LDSC reference datasets.
