Gene-Level MAGMA
Gene-level MAGMA1 analysis was run on summary statistics from Johnston et al.'s2 GWAS of multisite pain. The gene-level Manhattan plot below illustrates the results.
There are a very large number of significant genes. DCC is by far the most significant.
